Belvedere Folly is a guest accommodation set in a Victorian colonial building in Oranjezicht, built in 1905 with lofty, intricately patterned pressed tinplate ceilings and typical bay windows. The facade was reimagined in the 1920s, when a broad, welcoming verandah and a first-floor terrace replaced the original narrow balcony, opening up glorious furnished spaces on both floors.

The interior living areas are spacious, warm and welcoming for guest use, while the terrace and verandah are shared communal spaces with views across the historic Molteno Reservoir to the city below.
