Dilshaad Oosthuizen Physiotherapy

Dilshaad Oosthuizen Physiotherapy is a physiotherapy practice trading from Shop 4 in the Key Shopping Centre on Victoria Road, Grassy Park. Its listed services cover general physical therapy, dry needling and acupuncture, offered as part of a broader holistic-health approach to treatment rather than a single-technique focus, so a treatment plan can draw on more than one of these methods as needed.

The practice is open Monday to Thursday from 10am to 6pm and Friday from 10am to 5:30pm, closed over weekends, and patients can get directions or call ahead to book an appointment before visiting. It suits patients in Grassy Park and the surrounding southern suburbs who are looking for physiotherapy, dry needling and rehabilitation support close to home.
