Essential Health Pharmacy - Strand

Essential Health Pharmacy Strand, on Beach Road in Strand, is one of several branches of the Essential Health Pharmacy Group across the Cape Town area. The branch combines a retail pharmacy with its own in-house clinic, which keeps separate hours for patients who need nursing or wellness services rather than dispensing.

The pharmacy trades Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, Saturdays from 8am to 2pm and Sundays from 9am to 1pm, with shorter hours on public holidays. The clinic runs Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday mornings, and is closed on Sundays. It suits Strand residents who want pharmacy dispensing and basic clinic services available from the same branch.
