Harry Goemans Garden Centre

Harry Goemans Garden Centre is a family-run nursery on Kommetjie Road in Sunnydale, supplying plants, pots, fertilisers and garden tools. The range includes a wide selection of indigenous plants and exotic plants suited to the South Peninsula's conditions, along with clay, cement fibre, wood, plastic and decorative ceramic pots and containers.

The business began in 1960 on Main Road in Bergvliet, and the Sunnydale branch opened in 1994. It is now owned and run by a member of the founding family, and the centre's cafe has reopened under the name Cinnamon and Sage. It suits gardeners in Kommetjie and the wider South Peninsula who want plants and materials that suit local conditions.
