Knead Bakery

Knead Bakery in Panorama is an artisan bakery and café built around handmade bread, made using traditional methods, natural yeasts and locally sourced, seasonal ingredients rather than mass-produced loaves. Panorama Healthcare Centre, where the bakery trades from, names bread as the business's core speciality, setting it apart from a general café that happens to sell a few loaves on the side.

Alongside its bread, the bakery and café serves breakfast, lunch, brunch and coffee, making it a spot for a sit-down meal as well as a bread run. Trading from Panorama Healthcare Centre at the corner of Rothschild Boulevard and Hennie Winterbach Street, it suits local Panorama residents and café customers looking for freshly baked bread and a relaxed daytime menu.
