Kromboom Dental Centre

Kromboom Dental Centre is a dental practice in Rondebosch East, Cape Town, which describes its approach as patient first. Its services include consultations, child-friendly dentistry for patients aged 12 and under, wisdom tooth removal, and fixed and removable orthodontics for adults and children.

The practice offers advanced root canal treatment using a surgical microscope, Philips Zoom tooth whitening, and after-hours emergency care, and it says it uses state-of-the-art equipment. A full list of services is on its website.

The practice is contracted out of medical aid, so patients settle the bill after treatment and claim from their medical aid. Since March 2025 it has charged a small percentage above medical aid rates for most treatments, which is payable out of pocket.
