Tops Mandela Park

Tops Mandela Park is a licensed liquor retailer trading as part of the Tops liquor franchise attached to a Spar supermarket in Khayelitsha. Western Cape liquor-licensing records list the outlet under a Consumption Off licence, the category covering retailers that sell alcohol for drinking away from the premises rather than on site.

As a Tops outlet, the store carries the franchise's usual range of beer, wine and spirits alongside the convenience of shopping at the attached supermarket in the same visit.

Based in Khayelitsha, the store serves adult customers in the area buying alcoholic beverages for home consumption, whether as part of a regular grocery trip or a standalone stop.
