Clearance Warehouse is a clearance depot on Paarden Eiland Road in Paarden Eiland, selling end-of-range, overstocked and discontinued tiles and sanitaryware at reduced prices. Stock changes regularly and has included large-format ranges such as the Alps White, Angola Black and Ario Ultra Icement tile lines, in sizes up to 1000mm by 1000mm, marked down from their usual retail price.
Customers can get in touch by phone or email to check current stock before visiting the showroom, and the site lists both collection and delivery as ways to take purchases home. It suits homeowners, renovators and contractors around Paarden Eiland and greater Cape Town who want tiling and sanitaryware at clearance prices rather than full retail rates.
