Greeff Christie's International Real Estate

Greeff Christie's International Real Estate opened a branch-new office at Noordhoek Farm Village in 2020, choosing the location because the village functions as the centre of the Noordhoek community. The agency's Noordhoek team has a longstanding presence in the area, with one agent working in the business since 1989 and having completed more than 1,000 sales.

The agency says a presence in the community helps it serve both buyers and sellers in the area, and that being transparent with clients helps build long-lasting relationships. The office handles residential sales, rentals, and farms and vacant land in and around Noordhoek.

It suits buyers and sellers in Noordhoek who want agents who live locally and know the area well.
