Harcourts Maynard Burgoyne Edgemead

Harcourts Maynard Burgoyne Edgemead is an estate agency operating from Letchworth Mews in Edgemead, established in 1996 and covering the suburbs of Edgemead, Bothasig, Monte Vista, Richwood and Plattekloof. The agency says it has played a role in the growth and standards of the real estate industry in the area for almost 30 years.

Its principals became involved in Homenet, a national representative network, in 1992, and the agency joined Harcourts International in 2009, a real estate company founded in New Zealand in 1888 with representation across the USA, Australia, New Zealand, China, Fiji, Indonesia and Zambia. The agency says its service is underpinned by cutting-edge real estate technology, brand marketing, community involvement through the Harcourts Foundation, and ongoing agent training through the Harcourts Academy.

It suits buyers and sellers in the Edgemead area who want an agency backed by an international real estate network.
