Las Paletas

Las Paletas is a flavour-driven design studio in Killarney Gardens, Cape Town, which began as one of the city's first artisan ice cream brands around 2012. The studio now turns ice cream into immersive brand experiences that go beyond the product, translating a brand's theme and essence into a sensory moment for guests.

Its work covers fashion brands, sporting events, black-tie galas and brand activations, and the team says it will shape a bespoke experience from a brief. Sister brands include Flossy and Frose, Torch and Fluff, and La Colombiana.
