The Commons

The Commons is a cafe, bar and cultural hub at Surfers Corner in Muizenberg, built around community, culture and connectedness. The kitchen and bar serve fresh, ethically sourced food and craft drinks that support local producers, with a menu that is vegan and vegetarian friendly, served against beachfront views.

Beyond the cafe, the venue runs a studio space for movement, creativity and mindfulness, and hosts a changing calendar of events from jazz and DJ sets to film nights and public talks.
