The Vet Store

The Vet Store is a pet shop inside Capricorn Square in Muizenberg, stocking pet food and accessories for dogs and cats. The store is vet-owned, and its staff are trained as Veterinary Nutritional Advisors, so shoppers can get guidance on diet and food choices for their pets alongside the products themselves.

Trading from its own unit within Capricorn Square, the store focuses specifically on pet nutrition and everyday pet-care items rather than a broad general range, giving it a clear niche within the centre's retail mix. It serves pet owners, particularly dog and cat owners, who may already be shopping elsewhere in the centre and want a dedicated, knowledgeable pet-food stop in the same trip. Regular shoppers can expect current stock of major pet food brands and accessories, with staff able to advise on specific dietary needs.
