The Village Vetshop

The Village Vetshop at Plattekloof Village has been trading since 2005, combining convenient shopping with a professional yet friendly environment for pet owners. The shop is staffed by a trained team, and veterinarians are available on site to help clients with pet health questions where appropriate, under the shop's 'Passionate about Pets' approach.

Its product range covers veterinary counter-products such as tick and flea treatments, de-wormers, shampoos and supplements, along with veterinary-approved diets from brands including Hills, Royal Canin, Eukanuba and Iams. The shop also stocks beds, blankets and dog jerseys, homeopathic supplements for conditions such as stress and skin allergies, a range of toys and training aids, and runs an in-house loyalty card for regular customers.

A small deli within the shop rounds out the offering. It suits pet owners at Plattekloof Village who want veterinary advice alongside everyday pet supplies in one stop.
