Belthazar Restaurant & Wine Bar is an award-winning steakhouse and wine bar in Victoria Wharf at the V&A Waterfront. The restaurant is home to what it calls the biggest wine-by-the-glass bar in the world, with 250 wines served in Riedel glassware and up to 600 different wines in stock.

Its kitchen specialises in export-quality grain-fed and grass-fed beef, alongside an authentic selection of South African game that includes blesbok, gemsbok, kudu and crocodile.
