Mitchell's Scottish Ale House was the very first tenant of the V&A Waterfront and has served generations of locals and tourists since, opening daily from 9am for breakfast through to late at night. The pub is passionate about all things Scottish, running whisky tastings at its own Mitchell's School of Whisky and serving its namesake 'water of life', uisge-beatha.
The venue runs a Formula 1 Club offering an atmosphere, prizes and drink specials on race days, and a Liverpool Supporters Club giving members access to drink specials and prize giveaways. The bar stocks a wide range of beers, including some unusual choices alongside the regulars, served ice cold.
It suits sports fans and visitors who want harbour and mountain views with their beer, from an early breakfast through to a late night out.
