Willoughby & Co

Willoughby and Co is a Japanese fusion restaurant that has operated at the V&A Waterfront since 1996, led by head chef Sam and his team. Over nearly three decades the kitchen has introduced thousands of patrons to fusion-style Japanese cooking, offering a full Japanese menu that ranges from the freshest sushi to tempura dishes, oyster shooters, soups and salads.

The restaurant also runs a catering service for functions and events, preparing whole baked fish, platters of its well-known sushi, or fresh oysters for collection. Its wine shop staff are available for wine tastings to pair with a meal.
